General Provisions
Race system
- Grouping - at the first race of the season - will take into account the results of the previous year.
In the following races, the group formation will take into account the running order in the series, so that the first and last competitor in the series are not in the same group.
The end of the heat is announced to each individual separately, the actual end of the whole heat is only announced by the "all over" announcement.
After announcing that a competitor has completed an individual run, he/she must either finish the lap he/she has started or stop the vehicle at a suitable point on the race course so as to avoid finishing collisions and possibly impeding other drivers from continuing. No model may turn around and drive in the opposite direction before the "all out" is sounded.
Electronics and RC equipment
The RC kit used must be approved and homologated for the purpose according to the applicable legislation. The model electronics may only include the following components: servo control, receiver, controller, motor, measuring chip and drive battery. None of these components may contain, even in an inactive state, any elements which, on the basis of any data from the driving of the model, actively interfere with the control of the model. In the event that any of the aforementioned components, from the factory, contains any active element that would be capable of actively interfering with the control of the model based on any driving data of the model, that component is automatically disabled, even if that element could be deactivated. The competitor must only use components without these disabled active elements.
The organizer reserves the right to have the suspect electronics disassembled "down to the last screw" by the competitor in the presence of the race official, and possibly other race officials. In the event of a violation of this rule, the competitor will be penalized with a two-year suspension from all competitions organized by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to mark individual components prior to the race and the competitor may not replace components so marked without the express permission of the organizer. In case of violation of this rule, the competitor will be punished with a two-year suspension from all competitions organized by the organizer.
The organizer has the right to post rules at the beginning of the race, according to which compliance with these conditions will be checked. These rules are binding on all competitors.
Propulsion batteries must not have a "hardwired" (e.g. soldered) connection to the controller. The connection can only be made via a connector.
Penalties and protests
Any rider who causes a delay in the time sequence or, on the contrary, "misses the start", will be reprimanded for the first time or penalised with the last place on the grid (decided by the referee).
If a competitor does not hand over the vehicle to the marked place immediately after the end of the run, the best time achieved so far will be deleted.
In the case of starting with a model that does not comply with the technical regulations, the competitor's last run will be scratched.
If the competitor has completed a run with a modified engine contrary to the rules, he will be excluded from the race - there is no appeal against this decision. For repeated serious breaches of the technical rules, the competitor will be excluded from the series.
For unsportsmanlike conduct on the grandstand, for dangerous driving or for shortening the course, the rider will be penalized by the race referee or his delegate - STOP and GO or a warning. This penalty must be completed within the next two rounds. If he fails to do so, he will be classified last in that heat. If the STOP and GO cannot be applied, the referee has the right to change the order. The referee has the right to apply other penalties, for example to add time to the offender's time in the heat (+10 sec. to the time achieved).
Hitting a rider from behind with an advantage, shortening the course and keeping the advantage associated with it - STOP and GO.
No protest can be lodged against the referee's decision and the quality of the mount.
If any official is physically or verbally assaulted by a competitor or their escort they will be disqualified from the event.
Deployment
- Each competitor is required to leave the car and transmitter off at the prescribed location immediately after the run and participate in the deployment of the next run.
- If the competitor does not hand the model to the designated place immediately after the end of the run, the result of that run will be cancelled. If this infraction against the rules is repeated, he/she may be disqualified from the race.
- The organizer will place along the track the numbers for the "seeders" and the distinctive vests in reflective colour, which the seeders are obliged to wear. The bib numbers are the same as the number of the driver in the heat or final.
- The referee will inspect the seeders before the start of the heat/final.
- If for any reason a rider does not participate in the heat/final or does not finish the heat, he/she is still obliged to go to the seed.
- The seeded rider may send a qualified substitute in his/her place if justified, but must seek permission from the race referee in advance.
- If a rider rides in more than one category, in the event of a conflict between starting in a heat and being seeded, he/she must arrange for a qualified substitute.
- For riders under 12 years of age, the rider's legal guardian, chaperone or an arranged substitute will seed the rider.
- If the rider does not go to mount, or does not respond to the referee's call, his best ride in that part of the race (qualification, final) will be scratched and in case of repeated disregard of his obligation he will be disqualified from the race.
General provisions
- Competitors are obliged to compete in such a way as to avoid causing damage to others, damage to the property of the organising club and the organiser of the event
- For TC Modified, Stock, GTstock, FWD and GT8e categories - The marked tyres must be used by the competitor for all qualifying and final runs. If a competitor uses unmarked tires, he/she will be disqualified from the event, if a repeat offense occurs.
- Practice will be organized, by category and by time schedule.
- The rider, participant, escort agrees by entering the race with the following provision:
- I take part in the races at my own risk and undertake to follow all safety and organizational instructions given by the organizer.
